House. Early C19. Coursed squared limestone; concrete tile half-hipped roof; brick stack on gablet to rear left. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. First floor has two 6/6-pane sashes in plain reveals, one blind window in similar reveal to right; ground floor has similar blind window to right, C20 timber window to left, small C20 timber window to far left in blocked former doorway. 6-panel door with top two panels glazed in plain reveal to centre. One gabled dormer with 4 x 3-pane top-hung window. Deep plinth, cill band to first floor windows. INTERIOR has cantilevered winder staircase in oval well from ground to second floor with plastered soffit, shaped cheek pieces, stick balusters and oak grip handrail; C19 wrought-iron handrail added to wall side. Simple run cornice and ceiling rose to first floor landing, chair rail to ground floor left.
