House, now flats. c1878. Yellow stock bricks, moulded brick and stone dressings, bitumen covered slate roofs, tall brick stacks centre and on returns with corbelled coping. Double-fronted. 3 storeys plus attic over basement, 3:1:3 bays, full height canted bays flanking entrance, all sash windows without glazing bars, cills carried on shaped brackets, depressed 4-centre arch openings to ground floor and attic windows, gabled dormers centre and left, patterned frieze left, dogtooth moulded cornice to right, second floor windows with lugged corners, pair of narrow windows in centre bay, first floor with continuous hood mould and moulded plinth linking bays, pair of windows in central bay opening onto first floor balcony with monopitch slate roof, cast-iron columns, cornice, and balustrading, columns rising from ground floor level, linked entablature to ground floor windows, entrance with columns set in arris of architrave, shaped fanlight, sidelights and double doors with inserted lights approached by short flight of steps with low brick wall.
