3 dwellings at end of terrace. c1830, attic dormers rebuilt C20. Stucco over brick, steeply pitched slate roofs, rendered stacks. Abutting No.4 (not included) to north; No.47 returned to Ivy Place. 3 storeys plus attic over basement, each of 3 bays with 2-bay bow fronts, entrance to left; flat-roofed attic dormers above moulded parapet, rusticated ground floor, moulded surrounds to sash windows, 9-pane to second floor, large 6-pane to first floor and 12-pane ground floor with individual cast-iron balconies to first floor windows; square-headed entrances with rectangular fanlights and C20 doors. Cast-iron railings returned from entrances along street frontage with gates to basement area.
