House, screen wall and stable. c1820. Stucco with painted brick; hipped double-pitch slate roof with brick stacks. Double-depth, right-angle plan with service wing to right, which has screen wall connecting house with stable opposite front; rear billiard room and service wing. Regency style. 2 storeys; 4-window range. Wide eaves. Entrance to left of centre has porch with Ionic columns, deep frieze and cornice, overlight to glazed door. Windows have sills and 6-pane casements, but C20 bay window to left of entrance. 4 stacks. 2-storey wing has round-headed entrance with plank door, window, and recess to ground floor; one window to 1st floor. Left return, 3-window, garden front has French windows to verandah with enriched openwork piers and curved braces to similar frieze, and swept roof. Rear has single-storey billiard room with louvre to hipped roof, 3 cross-casement windows and lateral stack; lower service wing. Right return has entrance in passage, plain doorcase with cornice, overlight to 4-flush-panel door with Egyptian style knocker. Screen wall to road has paired plank gates. 2-storey stable block to right of courtyard with single-storey range to rear and screen wall with embattled parapet to front; left end has wing now garage with C20 door. Stable has hipped roof with wind vane and windows; left return to yard has large entrance with shuttered pitching hole above and stable door to left; right return has blocked large entrance and stable door with shuttered pitching hole above. Screen wall has round-arched gateway.
