House. Early C19. Brick covered in Roman cement with slate low pitched roofs hidden behind parapet. Two storeys and low attic storey.

Front to Church Street has five-window range of recessed double-hung sash windows with small panes. Moulded cornice below sill of smaller attic windows. Central door recessed with raised-and-fielded panels on reveals (one panel is missing). Moulded string band at first-floor level and plaque with Trinity House crest above door. Ground-floor windows unsubdivided.

Curved corner to Church Lane facade which is similar but four-window range on the upper two floors with two smaller windows inserted on the first floor. Ground floor has three double-hung sash windows unsubdivided and wide service opening with similar plaque over, C20 infill of reeded pilasters and architrave. Two-storey painted brick extension with machine-made clay plain tile roof with truncated stack.

INTERIOR: retains early C19 open-well staircase with panelling up to dado on sides.
