2. Early-mid C19 very irregular house of 3 builds. Tall left part of 2 storeys and attic, lower 2-storey and basement middle section and a double-span right part of 2 storeys, 2 windows. Mostly brown brick, the right part cement rendered. Slated roofs, some hip ended, except for left part which is tiled and has a gabled dormer breaking eaves. Gauged, near-flat brick arches to sash windows below. Centre part has tripartite sash window with glazing bars above and canted bay with hipped roof. Later C19 pent porch in angle to right wing. Included for group value.
Nos l07, 109A, 109B, 111 and ll3 form group.
