House, formerly row of two cottages and a farmhouse. C18, altered C20. Cob with corrugated iron roof, replacing thatch, and brick ridge and end stacks. 6-unit plan. One storey and attic; 6-window range. Plank doors with rendered lintels. Irregular glazing chiefly of 16-pane sash windows, one 9- pane sash to left of centre and a 2-light window to left, all with wood lintels. Dormer windows with sloping roofs and 2-light sliding casements. Interior: collar truss roof.
