Cottage. Dated AN DNI 1641, on tie beam of north gable. Timber framed with brick infill; plain tile roof; brick integral end stack. Single-cell end baffle-entry plan aligned north-south facing west. Two storeys, three square panels to eaves level with straight braces. Boarded door to left. C20 fixed light window to ground floor centre and C18 casement directly above, small square window to right of centre. Exposed queen strut roof truss to left-hand gable with one pair of purlins and ridge piece.
Interior: straight staircase extending up the back wall; plain ceiling beams and joists probably C19.
