Details
KIPLIN KIPLIN PARK SE 29 NE 4/19 Servants' wing approximately 3 metres to north of Kiplin Hall II GV Servants' wing now flats. C18 with alterations of C19 and 1980. Red brick with stone dressings and stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. New entries on the west and south sides. Stone quoins, chamfered plinth. Ashlar surrounds with keystones to all windows. Ground floor: central tripartite window. To right 2 4-pane sashes. To left a 4-pane sash. First floor: 3 4-pane sashes under gables with raised verges, shaped kneelers, ashlar coping and ball finials. Raised verges, shaped kneelers and ashlar coping. Corniced end stacks and ridge stack. Left return has 2 4-pane sashes as front. In the gable a stone tablet with a carved globe on.
