Detached house. Probably early C19, possibly with parts of a C18 house. Ham stone ashlar; hipped Welsh slate roof with wide eaves overhang and pairs of brackets to gables; brick chimney stacks. 'L'-plan; 2 storeys, 3 x 4 bays, in a villa style, with bays set back on both west and south elevations. West elevation has bay 1 set back; plinth; side-margined 20-pane sash windows in keystoned architraves having small console brackets to cills, flanked by louvred shutters: to lower bay 2 a projecting stone porch of plain detail, with flat roof and pair of boarded doors up 3 steps, in plain opening. South elevation has bay 1 projecting, and this matches the west front except that above the window is offset, and counterbalanced by a blind panel; no architraves but louvred shutters to windows; remaining bays have 16-pane sashes in keystoned openings: to lower bay 3 a 6-panel door set in semi-circular archway, up three steps, with radially glazed fanlight over, and protected by an open stone porch with Tuscan columns and pilasters, entablature and flat hood over; rusticated quoins to south-east corner. Interior not seen.
