46/305 Cherrytrees 4,9,79 II House. Mid C18 and c1800 with alterations. Rendered brick with some red brick and stone. Welsh slate and tiled roofs including some 'Bottesford blues' with rendered and brick end stacks. Main range with rear wings. Two storeys and attic; 3-window range of 8/8 sashes with 6/6 sash to centre. Late C20 Georgian style doorcase with part-glazed door and overlight. C20 attic windows on gable ends. Various doors and windows to rear including old 3- light central-opening casement. Interior: spine beams. Attic has 2 original door frames but roof probably C19/C20. Stick baluster staircase from 1st floor to attic. Dairy with thrawls.
