2. Circa 1870. Venetian in style. On angle site. Red brick with elaborate terra-cotta dressings. Two and a half storeys, 3 bays plus entrance at angle (now blocked), with an oriel above. All openings in the ground and first floor have semi-circular heads with elaborate dog-tooth mouldings. First floor windows have paired semi-circular headed lights separated by banded columns. Above machicolated cornice are tall dormers, with pairs of semi-circular headed lights, and crowning scrolled pediments, set into the tiled mansard roof, and breaking through decorative parapet. Above the oriel an elaborate single-light dormer faced in terra-cotta.
