CARLTON THE VILLAGE NZ 5004 West side 19/38 Holly Lodge GV II House, early C18. Brick in stretched Flemish garden wall bond. Pantiled roof with stone copings and kneelers, brick and rendered stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central C20 studded plank door in gabled trellis porch. 2-light casement above. Other windows tripartite C19 sliding sashes, those on ground floor under segmental relieving arches. Stepped brick cornice below swept eaves. Drip- moulded kneelers. Rendered right end and rebuilt left end chimneys.
