Outbuilding with coach house. Late C18 and early C19, altered.
Coursed squared herringbone-tooled stone; stone and Welsh slates to
roof; stone coping and ridges. 2 storeys. 2 + 6 bays, the left-
hand section the earliest and returning to rear as 4-bay wing.
Left-hand section: a 12-pane sash and 2 blocked windows on right
to ground floor; two 6-pane sashes above. Right-hand section:
central round-arched doorway with imposts, C19 double door and
fanlight with glazing bars; board door with 3-pane overlight to
right bay; C19 transomed 6-pane windows to ground floor; shorter
6-pane windows above, with hatch at left end and blind window at
right end. All openings have keyed lintels and the windows projecting
stone sills. Eaves band. Roof hipped. Right return: window with
board hatch over. Left return: paired central round-arched carriage
entries; board doors with stone lintels either side and to 1st
floor on right; small windows to other lst-floor bays. Eaves band
returned.
