2. House of 2 builds. 2-storey, 3-window C18 left part with alterations; and 2-storey, 1-window early C19 right part. Walls pebbledashed and painted. Right part has a very low pitched hipped slate roof, the left a roof of higher pitch, hipped at left and with swept eaves, renewed in machine tiles. Moulded wood eaves cornices, end chimneys. Sash windows. Canted bay at left. 2-storey square bay, wider below, to right of centre. Half-glazed 6-panel door, with oblong fanlight and bracketed cornice hood, in right part.

Nos 18A, 20, 24, 26 including Coach-house, and 28 Upper West Street and Nos 24 and 24A West Street form a group.
