Circa 1700 left part and early C19 right part.

Old part: narrow red brick, rendered. Stepped eaves courses. Swept pantiled roof with brick copings, kneelers and chimneys. Two storeys, two windows, wide proportions. Modern casements and bows and a small older fixed light. Right part red brick, pantiled roof. Two storeys, two wide bays, the right part a granary-cartshed. C19 and modern casements and one Yorkshire sash. Modern door. Granary has external stair behind and original openings except for modern garage door. Main house has long rear lean-to. Long attached byre to left, built between 1893-1913, similar materials, segmental heads to small lights and dutch doors.

Interior - original staircase with splat balusters and some exposed beams and joists.
