TQ 14 SW SHERE CP HORSHAM ROAD Holmbury St Mary 11/222 Chapel Cottage and cottage adjoining II

Cottages. C17 extended considerably to rear right. Timber framed to right end, exposed with brick infill below and galleted sandstone rubble above. Sandstone rubble cladding with brick dressings to centre left, brick to left end. Plain tiled roofs with oversailing gable of rear extension to right of centre. Two storeys with large ridge stack to right of centre under corbelled top. Five windows on first floor including one through-eaves dormer under gabled roof, five windows to ground floor. One window to left under cambered arch. Door to left of centre under gabled half open porch. Further door to right hand return front in gabled porch, under tile-hung gable with sandstone extensions to right.
