House and former shop. C16 to right with C17 and C19 extensions. Timber framed, clad in blue and brown brick below on sandstone rubble plinth, tile hung above with alternate bands of diamond-point and fishscale tiling. Plain tiled roofs. Two storeys with brick stacks to left of centre gable, on the ridge of the right hand gable and to rear. Triple gable end front with one C20 leaded casement window in each, 3-light to outer ends. One 3-light leaded window in outer gables on ground floor, 3-light shop window to left of centre with drop shutter. Door to centre gable. Right hand return front:- One first floor and two ground floor windows, two doors under flat hoods. Good offset stack to right end. Rear:- Frame exposed on rear of right hand range with brick and wattle infilling. Blocked window with ovolo mullions to first floor left. Interior:- Substantial quantities of good quality framing exposed. Deep brick fireplace to ground floor rear and blocked mullioned window. The house has been very little altered since the early C20.
