6/15A Bridge Farm House

GV II

House. C17 with C18 and C19 alterations and extensions. Timber framed with whitewashed brick and render infilling on rear range, whitewashed render plinth, whitewashed brick cladding on front range. Plain tiled roofs with tile hung gable ends. L-shaped plan, former entrance front now to right hand side. Two storeys. New entrance front:- corbelled multiple stack to centre. Two case- ment windows on each floor with part-glazed door to left in single storey porch extension set back on gable end. Parallel range to rear. Left hand return front:- Two gables with frame exposed on rear gable. Catslide porch to left hand corner. Right hand return front:- former entrance front:- Gable to left with hip-roofed angle bay on ground floor and one 3-light leaded first floor window above. Two C19 casements to first floor right, three windows below under segmental head. Massive buttressed stack to right end. Part glazed door to left of centre with braced gable hood over.
