ECTON CHURCH WAY SP8263 (South side) 18/81 No.2 (Pear Tree Cottage) 02/08/72 (Formerly listed as Pear Tree Cottage
GV II House. Mid C18. Squared coursed lias and brick with C20 concrete tile roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic. 3-window range of casements with glazing bars under wood lintels. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and brick stacks at ends. Right gable rebuilt in brick is probably early C19. Interior not inspected. Entrance to rear in C19 extension.
