House, now inn. Early C19. Ashlar; stone slate roof, verge parapets on shaped kneelers; stone end stacks with moulded cappings. Two-storey, gable-lit attic; raised chamfered quoins, strings at ground and first floor window cill level; moulded eaves band; three-window front; shaped chamfered voussoirs and enlarged keystone to C20 small-paned top-hung casement windows with non-fitting shutters; central entrance; moulded door surround, paterae and fluted frieze to cornice, boarded door; elaborate scrolled, wrought iron projecting brackets to door-overlight, with single-bay addition in similar style to left. Lower C20 extension to right and additions to rear. Possibly built as Mill Manager's House, serving nearby works (not included).
