2 houses formerly watermill and millhouse. Late C18. Red brick and coursed
squared stone, pantile roof. Former mill 3 storeys, 3 bays; millhouse 2
storeys, 3 bays. Mill: two C20 stable doors under lintels with keystones.
All windows are 3-light side-sliding sashes apart from those to left and central
first-floor bays, which are 18-pane sashes. Dentilled cornice. Raised
brick verges and end stacks. Millhouse: central half-glazed door under
lintel with keystone. All windows are 4-pane sashes apart from that to
centre of first floor which is a sash; all have lintels with keystones. To
right-hand side a shaped kneeler and stone coping.
