Farmhouse and former agricultural workers'cottage. Early C18 farmhouse with later C18 and C19 extensions and later C18 agricultural workers' cottage. Ashlar with herringbone tooling; plain tile roof with coped verges; ashlar integral end stacks with red brick shafts. End- lobby entry plan, aligned east-west facing south with an C18 extension to the west on the same alignment and a C19 rear wing aligned north- south, agricultural workers' cottage to the east aligned east-west. Main house to the centre with lower slightly set-back extension to the left and lower agricultural workers' cottage to the right. Main house: 3 storeys with chamfered eaves course, eaves rebuilt in the C19; 2 bays, chamfer mullioned windows to first and second floor, the former have 3 lights, the latter 2 lights, the ground floor has large 3-light flat-face mullioned"wIndowa', probably C19; door to left with raised surround. Extension to the left: very finely jointed and dressed ashlar. 2 storeys with plinth and chamfered eaves band; one bay, chamfer mullioned windows, the ground floor one has 3 lights, the first floor window has 2 lights. Agricultural workers' cottage: 2 storeys; one bay, 2-storey cross-window to the right; door to left.
