FELPHAM ROAD 1. 5401 (West Side) FELPHAM ----------- Nos 87 & 89 (Manor Place) SZ 9499 18/99 SZ 9599 18/99 II 2. A pair of early c19 houses. 2 storeys. Approximately square, with 2 windows on each side (sashes with glazing bars, but some blind). Rendered, with quoins to the corners and in vertical. bands up the centre of the street front and linking the windows of this front. Gabled porches to either flank with gothic windows, scalloped bargeboards and slate roof with (damaged) cresting, Hipped, slate roof.
