2. Early C19. Stuccoed. 4 storeys and basement with area. Cornice and blocking course. South front has 2 four storey canted bays of 5 windows each; sash windows with metal fringed hoods and horizontal glazing bars except on the 3rd floor, where bays terminate in cornices. Remains of dentil cornice below main cornice. The return to Norfolk Road is also 4 storeys. 3 windows. Projecting entrance porch on piers; dentil bedmould to cornice; blocking course. No 21A is a 2 storey 2 window stucco extension facing Norfolk Road.
Nos 21 to 25 (consec) form a group.
