GV II
House, now shop. C15, refenestrated in C18. Timber-framed and plastered. Exposed framing on left return-front with yellow brick infill on ground floor and plaster infilling above with C18 straight braces. Slate roof, hipped to left. Small brick stack at left front corner and brick stack to rear. 2 flat-headed dormers on left return-front. 2 storeys and attics; irregular 3 window front, glazing bar sashes in open boxes. Early C20 triple shop-front with glazed door off-centre to right and flush-panel door with inserted upper glazing to extreme right. Jetty to left return-front with dragon-post and beam. Traceried window of 3 lights to right on first floor under eaves. Interior: much evidence of heavy timber framing. Hall truss survives, arch-braced, but roof appears to have been rebuilt.
