2. Dated 1865. Long, Portland stone front in modified classical style. 4 storeys plus part slated mansard and basement. Segmental and round arched windows. Rusticated pilasters and bracketed entablature to ground storey. Rich, segmental pediments to entrance at either end. Paired 1st floor windows with columns of polished pink granite and carving to spandrels. Modest crowning cornices.
