Pair of houses. Probably early c19, extended. Ashlar limestone, stone slate eaves courses to pantile roof. 2 storeys, 2 : 2 windows to 1st floor, continuous outshut now partly heightened. Originally symmetrical but extended in keeping to right. Each house has door in ashlar surround with Tudor-arched lintel and flanking 2-light mullioned windows with casements with glazing bars in recessed, chamfered surrounds to each floor. Offset plinths to rendered brick end stacks with oversailing courses, matching ridge stack on party wall. Included for group value.
