OCKLEY C.P. WEARE STREET TQ 14SE 8/247 Weavers II

House, formerly cottages. C16, C17 to centre and later C17 to right, entrance front now to rear. Timber framed, exposed with brick underbuild in red and brown brick to left, brick infilling above to left and centre, tile hung above to right. Whitewashed infilling and cladding to rear. C20 plain tiled roofs. Two storeys with centre range stepping up. Three bay cottage to left with massive corbelled multiple stack at junction with central 3 bay range; lower 3 bay range to right, with raised eaves and further offset stack to right end. One first floor window to left, one ground floor window in 1960's extension below. Two diamond-pane windows to first floor, (between floors and two ground floor windows to centre range. Glazed door in gabled open porch to left of centre. Single storey range to right with one diamond-pane window under drip- board to left, further window to right. Planked door under pentice porch to left of centre. Left hand return front:- tile hung. One 3-light window over 3 ground floor windows, with wooden canopy over first floor window. Rear:- now entrance front:- Catslide to right with mixed diamond-pane and plain fenestration. Two first floor and two ground floor windows. Tension bracing on the first floor.
