Three houses, now council offices. Late C18 and early C19. Stucco with painted stone dressings and slate roofs. No 1, late C18, three storeys with double range plan, 4 bay elevation to High Street and 5 bay gabled elevation to Priory Place. No 2 to left, early C19 of 2 storeys and 6 bays. No 3 beyond to left, late C18 of three storeys and 5 bays. High Street elevation of No 1 projecting has angled doorcase to right corner with fluted Ionic columns, entablature and moulded pediment; double leaf panelled doors within. To far left is a semi-circular headed doorcase with moulded architrave, panelled jambs, and reeded consoles supporting cornice, now filled by C20 window. Between the doors there is a pilastrade of 3 pilasters supporting entablature which runs into that of the corner door. Between the pilasters are 3 full height plate glass sashes, flanked by horizontally rusticated stonework. Four plate glass sashes to first floor, 4 12 pane sashes to second floor, all with projecting sills. Recessed rounded corner to right. Moulded stone cornice. Brick end stacks, that to right rendered and stone coped gable on moulded kneeler to right. Right return to Priory Place has slightly off centre doorcase, similar to that to left of High Street elevation, with 6 panelled door and plain fanlight, flanked to right by 2 12 pane sashes and to left by 2 full height plate glass sashes in rusticated and pilastered surround as High Street. Wide first floor band to 3 right hand bays. 5 first floor 12 pane sashes two to left dummied, and five similar second floor windows, all except that to right of centre being dummies. All windows with projecting sills. Twin gables, each with rendered stack and stone coping on moulded kneeler. No 2 has pilastered doorcases with plain friezes and moulded cornices to bays 1 and 3, that to bay 3 with inserted window and the other with 4 panelled door and plain overlight. Two plate glass sashes between the doors, a C20 casement to bay 4 and two 12 pane sashes beyond to right. Wide first floor band and 6 sashes, three to left of 2 panes and three to right of 12 panes. All windows with projecting sills. Moulded stone cornice over. Roof hipped to right and with rendered ridge stacks. No 3 has central 6 flush panel door and margin glazed overlight in simple eared architrave with double keystone flanked by pairs of 12 pane sashes with projecting sills. Wide first floor band and five similar sashes to first and second floors, that to centre of first floor and bay 4 of second floor, dummies. Stepped eaves. Yellow brick end and ridge stacks. Interior of No 1 has stick baluster open well staircase with wreathed handrail and scolled cheekpieces through 3 floors. Reeded cornice and segmental arch to hall. Most original moulded cornices and panelled doors throughout, except for ground floor of No 3 which has been completed altered.
