LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON LOWER GREEN WEST, Mitcham TQ 2768 12/92 Remains of Hall Place (Chapel) 16.1.54 - II
Wall with inset doorway. Probably C14, with later repairs. Stone and knapped flint. Freestanding wall some 10 feet high and 12 feet long, with inset depressed pointed arched moulded doorway; angel stops (? C19). Understood to be the ruins of the Chapel of Hall Place. London 2: South B Cherry and N Pevsner.
