Shop and outbuilding, now 2 shops. Possibly C14, C16, C17, with C18 addition to front. Roughcast to ground floor, probably on brick; render to first floor, probably on timber framing; old plain-tile gabled roof with gable end to main front; C20 plain-tile hipped lean-to roof to C18 front addition. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window front range. C19 shop front to ground floor has central glazed door, flanked by bay windows. Flat hood between ground and first floors. Two 12-pane unhorned sashes with painted wood architrave surrounds to first floor. 4-pane casement to gabled end of attic. Rear: red brick with flared headers in Flemish bond; old plain-tile roof with gable end to rear. 2 storeys and attic; single-window front. C20 sash door to left. C20 shop window to right. 3-light wood casement to first floor with segmental brick head. 2-light wood casement to attic with segmental brick head. Interior: 2 cruck trusses.
