Inn. Late C18. Painted Flemish bond brick with limestone quoins, left part roofed with Bridgwater tiles, right part with stone slate, coped verges and brick stacks. Two-storey, and attic, 6- window. Left part has central 4-panelled door up stone steps with cast-iron railings and lantern on overthrow, blocked segmental- headed former carriage entry to left with inserted 20-pane sash, 3- light cyma-mullioned casement to right, three 3-light mullioned casements to first floor. Right part has one 4-panelled and two planked doors in chamfered surrounds and three 3-light mullioned casements to ground floor. First floor has three 3-light mullioned casements to left part and three pairs of 11-pane sashes to right. Attic has raking dormer with 2-light casement to left. Right return partly rubble stone with English bond brick to first floor, C20 casement in probable former loading bay. Rear gabled wings and stair turret with mullioned casements.
