II
House, previously divided into 2. Late C16 and late C17. One-and-a-half storeys throughout, but the western half which includes the chimney-stack is slightly lower than the eastern half. Timber-framed and rendered, with thatched roof. 2-light small-paned casement windows and one gabled dormer. 2 plank doors with small gabled roofs over. Plain timbering exposed inside. The western half of the house is late C16; joists set flat; the eastern half is late C17, with poorer framing and joists set on edge.
