Farmhouse, now house. Mid C18, renovated late C20. Brick, formerly colourwashed, with ashlar dressings and pantile roofs. The rear wing has glazed pantiles. 2 external brick gable stacks. Plinth, first floor band, rendered eaves band, coped gables, quoins to the rear corners. 2 storeys plus garrets; 3 window range. L-plan. Windows are mainly renewed. Symmetrical front has three 12-pane sashes, and below, 2 similar sashes, all with splayed rendered lintels. Central plain stone doorcase with flat hood and C19 4-panel door with overlight. Gables have single small garret windows. 2 storey rear wing, 4 windows, has single gable and ridge stacks.
