GV II
Terraced houses. Yellow brick set in Flemish bond, roof obscured by parapet. Three storeys over basement, two windows each. Heads of gauged brick to all openings. Steps up to round-arched entrance with fluted and cabled pilasters, cornice, fanlight and panelled door of original design; ground-floor window round-arched, the rest flat-arched; parapet; stack to party wall. Features of individual houses are: no 7 has sashes of original design to ground and first floor; no 9 has blocked fanlight, replacement door and sashes of original design to ground floor; no 11 has blocked fanlight and sashes of original design to ground floor; no 13 has sashes of original design to ground and first floor; no 15 has blocked fanlight and sashes of original design throughout; no 17 has blocked fanlight and sashes of original design to ground floor, and has been enlarged to taken in rebuilt no 19, so that it has five windows, one segmental- arched window to ground floor, and works entrance to right-hand side. Cast-iron railings to steps and area, some replacement.
