Terraced houses. c.1810. Developed by Henry Leroux. Brown brick set in Flemish bond, stucco, roof obscured by parapet. Four storeys over basement, two windows each. Basement and ground floor stuccoed, the ground floor decorated with banded rustication. Steps up to round-arched entrance with fluted columns inset and carrying cornice, fanlight with glazing bars, panelled doors of original design. Ground-floor windows round-arched. All upper windows flat-arched with gauged brick heads, those to first floor having piano nobile proportions and balconies on brackets with iron railings, the windows set within round-arched recessed panels with gauged brick heads; some 6/6 sashes to first and second floors; parapet.
