Terraced houses. c.1789. Yellow brick set in Flemish bond, stucco, roofs of Welsh and artificial slate. Four and five storeys over basement, three windows each. Steps up to round-arched entrance set in a round-arched recess with gauged brick head: reeded and panelled cornice with fanlight and panelled door of original design; nos 3, 5 and 7 have decorative fanlights; no. 8 has chamfered rusticated stucco to the ground floor, moulded stucco architrave to entrance and decorative fanlight; nos 9, 10 and 11 have decorative fanlights. All windows are flat-arched with gauged brick heads, those to the first floor set in a round-arched recess with gauged brick head, and of piano nobile proportions; segmental iron balconies to first-floor windows of all but no 22, original rainwater head and down pipe between nos 8 and 9; 6/6 sashes of original design except to ground and second floor of no 9, nos 10-11, ground and first floor of no 12 and ground and second floor of no 13. Cornice of brick and moulded stucco, parapet. Dormers in mansard roof, two storeys of dormers to no 12; stacks to party walls. Area railings with urn standards and spike finials; scrolled overthrow lampholders to nos. 5, 6, 8 and 9.
