Semi-detached houses. Early C19. Yellow brick set in Flemish bond, stucco, roofs of Welsh and artificial slate. Four storeys over basement, three windows each to main fronts. Segmental-arched entrance to outer bay set back under a round arch with gauged brick head, the entrance having reeded doorcase, fanlight, and panelled door of original design to no 31. All windows flat-arched with gauged brick heads, those to first floor being of piano nobile proportions with iron balconies, and those to no 32 having blind boxes and 6/6 sashes of original design; stucco storey band above ground floor; parapet. No 31 has a two-storey wing to right with segmental-arched tripartite windows to both floors, moulded stucco sill band to first floor and stuccoed cornice and blocking course decorated with wreaths; no 32 has single-storey three-sided canted bay to right with cambered-arched windows. Area railings of simple cross-bar design. Previous list description refers to a large reception room with marbled columns in the wing to the right of no 31.
