Includes: Fersina Windows STATION ROAD. 2 houses, now offices. Mid C18, re-worked early C19. Possibly timber-framed in parts otherwise red and gault brick roughcast and colourwashed. Slate roof. 2 storeys. South front in 5 irregular bays. Ground floor with a 4-panelled door (No.3) set to left under a plain semi-circular light. Next right a 3-light C20 cross casement, then a C20 sash without glazing bars set within a frame with exposed boxes. Door to No.5 is double-leaf with a plain doorcase with a hood on brackets. The windows to ground floor all have hoods. First floor with 5 sashes with 6/6 glazing bars. Paired modillion eaves cornice. Hipped roof, gabled to west. 3 has higher roof-slope and a ridge stack at division. East front in 3 wide bays. Rusticated quoins define bays. Central half-glazed C20 door with margin lights. One sash to left without glazing bars, late C19 plate-glass shopfront to right. 3 sashes, 2 of which have 6/6 glazing bars, the third (to right) without glazing bars. INTERIOR. 2 cellars have chamfered bridging beams and C18 brickwork. Staircase to No.3 is C19, closed string, C19 stick baluster staircase to No.5. Roof of principals, collars and butt purlins.
