Public House. Early C19. Slatestone rubble with timber lintels; rag slate roof, hipped main roof with paired brackets under deep eaves soffits; rear brick lateral stacks. Double-depth plan plus rear wing on right. 2 storeys plus single-storey wing over basement on right; main house with symmetrical 3-window front. Original 16-pane hornless sashes; central doorway with 6-panel door and overlight; old inn sign with relief stucco fatface letters. Wing on right has early C20 three-light transomed window over display window and doorway with recessed C20 door approached by steps, on the right. Rear has 2 original 16-pane sashes and round-headed stair window with fanlight head. INTERIOR not inspected.
