GV II
House, now 2 shops. Early C18, with mid and late C20 alterations. Brick with stone dressings. Roof not visible. Single ridge and single gable stacks. Rusticated quoins, second floor and eaves bands, coped parapet with blank panels, single coped gable at rear. 3 storeys; 7 window range of segment headed glazing bar sashes with keystones and moulded architraves. Third fom left altered. Above, 7 similar flat headed windows, 2 with altered heads, one blank. Below, 2 late C20 shopfronts with 3 single pane windows under continuous fascia. Left side, to Barnby Gate, has 3 windows similar to the front, with a single blank on each upper floor and a 2-light casement on the second floor. Below, 2 C20 single pane windows. Right side, to Balderton Gate, has 5 windows similar to the front, those to the second floor, and 1 on the first floor, with C20 flat heads. Below, late C20 shopfront with fascia.
