House. Late medieval. Timber-framed part rendered and part red, Flemish bond brickwork, with gabled plain tile roofs. 2 storeys, former hall house with 2 cross-wings. Front of former hall has off-centre, rebuilt stack through front slope of roof and small gabled dormer with 3-light casement. All windows on front have C20 leaded lights. Front wall of red brick with one 2-light and one single-light casement window. Cross-wings each have C20 pargetting on first floors and a 2-light casement. Ground floors and part flanks are underbuilt in red brick and front walls have a 3-light casement. Rear of E cross-wing (service wing?) has single storey rear extensions. C20 extension to E flank, part one storey with attics, large dormer and `cross-wing' all in red brick, pargetting and plain tiles to match old house. Front of ridge of W cross-wing has one C17 ridge tile with cresting.
