Town house. 1709 inscription on pilaster; later alterations; extended C20. Stucco on rubble with giant panelled end pilasters rising above parapet coping; steep asbestos slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; overall 4-window range including symmetrical 3-window front on right. Early C19 tripartite hornless sashes to symmetrical part except for central late C19 canted oriel with transomed casements, moulded cornice and apron with turned balustrade over arch-braced brackets to integral porch with square end columns, panelled pilasters, similar balustrade as apron to oriel; 4-panel door and similar panelled reveals. C20 bay on left has C20 horned copy tripartite sashes. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
