Lychgate and boundary wall to churchyard. Probably c.1873-5. The boundary wall, of red brick with pebbles panels, encloses a triangular churchyard, is approx. one metre high, and has a chamfered brick plinth, wide sunk panels filled with pebbles, and a coping of 3 courses of chamfered brick. The lychgate is open timber-framed with a red tiled roof; rectangular in plan; and in Tudor style. It has a lateral stone plinth at each side, timber sills on these with large convex braces to the main posts and concave braces rising to the eaves plates of a wide hipped roof with gablets and cresting tiles. Under the roof are Tudor arched lintels with foliated carving in the spandrels; and a pair of wooden gates with quatrefoils in the top panels.
