Village house. Probably C18. Render on probable rubble or cob; steep asbestos slate roof with brick end stacks. Shallow-depth plan. 2 storeys; nearly symmetrical 3-window front. Mid C19 hornless sashes with margin panes; full-width lean-to verandah; central doorway with C20 door. Rear has attached lean-to outbuildings on 2 sides of the courtyard. INTERIOR not inspected but said to retain most of its original structural and architectural features.
