Large shop. Late C19 incorporating older buildings at rear. Granite ashlar basement and stall risers; incised stucco on probable studwork above shop, otherwise painted rubble; asbestos slate hipped roof with central hipped slate-hung dormer. Very deep plan. 2 storeys over basement; 3-bay, 3-window 1st-floor range with original canted pilastered oriels flanking central bay with 4-pane horned sash; pilasters dividing bays. Ground floor has large complete double transomed shop front with flat-arched lights with incised spandrels to caps. Left of central recessed doorway with pair of doors and single door; overlights and panelled soffit. INTERIOR plain but retains some original features. Included for group value.
