Stone rubble to ground floor, with render over; Welsh slate roof, with hipped gable over advanced wing, to right; rendered ridge stack, and, to right returned side, buttress stack. 2 storeys; 6-window range: 3/6 sashes (3 late C19) and to wing, 6/6 sash. C20 porch with moulded 4-centred arch and leaded lights; to left, canted bay with late C19 4/6: 6/9: 4/6: sashes, and 2 tripartite windows with late C19 2/2: 6/6: 2/2 sashes; to right, tripartite window with 2/2: 6/6: 2/2: sashes, under stone segmental arch. Right returned side: two 6/6 sashes, over canted bays with 4/6: 6/9: 4/6: sashes; moulded band, returned to rear.
