Shop and dwelling. C19 front to C17 core. Stucco; hipped slate(?) roof; rendered lateral stack. 3 storeys; 2-window range: 6/6 sashes; 3/6 sashes over. Advanced early C20 shopfront with central half-glazed door flanked by canted windows; moulded hood on panelled pilasters. Right returned side: stucco; wing to right with C20 6/6 sash, and C19 casement over; C19 fixed light to ground floor; plank double doors to further single-storey wing. Rear: C17 timber lean-to with C20 composite tile roof, incorporating small gable with jowled post.
