GV II

2 houses now 2 shops and flat. Mid C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed squared dressed stone with ashlar quoins and painted ashlar dressings. Roof pantiles with stone gable coping and brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 4 windows. Renewed door and blocked overlight under 3rd window in C19 doorcase of partly-fluted pilasters and bracketed fascia continuous with shop front to left. Left shop has slender pilasters flanking curved windows to renewed recessed door to left of centre, and fluted pilasters and fascia brackets at each end. At right, late C20 shop front has bracketed fascia over half-glazed door and shop window, filling 4th bay. Renewed first-floor windows, left bay narrower, have C20 glazing, and projecting painted stone sills, plus C19 chamfered and painted stone lintels at eaves. Right quoins. Roof has right gable coping. Ridge brick chimneys at right of 2nd bay and at right end.
